The Armagh is hand-knotted of Himalayan wool at 80 knots per square inch and there are extra plies of yarn, resulting in a very thick, tightly packed pile. Due to the density of the wool and knotting technique, this carpet is extremely durable and would be ideal for high-traffic areas. It has all the great properties of quality wool such as natural lanolin, which means it is stain-resistant and easy to clean up in the event that it takes a hit from your kids or pets. This carpet is first quality; it has no flaws and is new from the mill. As with all our carpets, this was made in a GoodWeave-certified workshop, so you can rest assured that no child labor was used in the production of this carpet.
